Defective service in part. I asked for things that were missing in the room and they were given to me after 3 hours. It is also very strange that there is not a single drawer anywhere in the room. Not on the shelf by the bed, not in the closet, not on the table in the room.

It was perfect, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and plentiful, the spa and the pool were excellent and the hotel's shuttle service to the Dead Sea was also excellent, we will go back there

The hotel needs to be improved in terms of food and also in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms. The buffet in the pool is very dirty. It is impossible to sit on the chairs.

We only got the room at 16:30 because I had to stand in line for two hours for reception, the next day we were already asked to leave at 11 so we did not have time to be in the pool or spa.

יחס ושירות טוב, בניקיון ואחזקה בבשטחים הציבוריים טעון תיקון בולט במיוחד בקומת הספא מים עומדים ברחבת השירותים שניים נעולים באחרים בחלק מהם אין נעילה אין קולבי תליה בגב הדלת הברזים לא מנוגבים ביום יום הצבע דהה נראה איום ונורא מדוע לא מחליפים אותם או מצחצחים אותם בחדרים כמעט אותו מצב האם מנהל אחזקה לא רואה זאת רואים שזאת הזנחה מתמשכת החלון בחדר מאובק והמסילה מלוכלכת וכן המסדרונות ביציאה מהמעלית לחדרים עם פירורים אין בחדר בורשור הסברהלמלון ניסיתי להתקשר מהטלפון לקבלה בשום מספר לא היה מענה גם כאן לא היה דף המציין את השלוחות איך זה יתכן בבית מלון?

סה``כ השירות בסדר , אציין שאישרו לבני הנמצא במכינה קדם צבאית להגיע אם יקפוץ לארוחה בשווי 80 ש``ח . אשמח אם אגיע שוב ויאשרו לי במחיר כזה לילד שמשרת את המדינה רק כדי שנשב ונאכל ביחד . הוא נמצא שעה וחצי בערך מרחק מהמלון. לא משנה שלא אכל בסוף אבל עצם האישור. תודה

Like I wrote at the hotel. The food was good and plentiful in the evening. Oh it can be eaten from Japanese which was cold and rope in addition to the broken and cracked ribs and really jarring in the eye. Except Misa was excellent

I settled in the Suite Gonior. I think the hotel needs a renovation of this room I was in and upgrade it. The conditions are good, the spa is excellent but it is recommended that the parquet flooring and carpets in the corridor be replaced. The spa has a terrible smell of sewage, so it is not pleasant to stay there. The food is excellent and the service is wonderful. It's a pity that in the rooms with balconies on the lobby level you can not see the sea. The approach to the sea is also annoying. If it's because of the road that is being renovated, I understand. In general, the merger at the Hotel Luca was lacking in the right rooms, but in the open spaces, lobby corridors, etc., it was possible to suffocate with heat. The food is excellent. It was a little busy and a lot of noise but there are a lot of people who do not have much to do with it. The bathroom sink was so dirty I cleaned it myself. We opened the sofa in our room. We were asked by one of the workers who passed through the corridor, but he did not treat us. It did not bother us, so we did not ask the receptionist to fold the bed. The entertainment team is excellent.

We enjoyed our vacation. The food was very tasty and rich and varied. The hotel was clean and also the rooms. The pools were wonderful and fun. The performance of the women of the Bible and the African circus was wonderful. The play was very invested. My rating is 5 for everything. The location of the hotel was fine and I did not particularly care. the location. The amount was a bit expensive but the proceeds were fine. Thank you was too short and yet it was fun.

Beautiful hotel. Efficient and dedicated staff. Reception in the dining room. Gzkozi spa pools. Landscaping. Even the security staff was excellent. Blobi.haocl was very tasty and the staff responded to all of our face. We wanted a room with a terrace Contractor Suite celebrated five years of membership. We received chocolate and water. We enjoyed very much and we will recommend to the heat.

Yesterday we went back to my family and I stay three days at the catapult Frioiolig'bim salt. Very high standard hotel. Delicious food, fresh and varied. Many salads and other treats throughout the day and night. Excellent service and how can a good team without a word charming and professional entertainment and Shimi Swim putting us all sporting activities in the water, with all my heart and love.
